产业链视角下农民专业合作社整合与提升研究——以甘肃省为例

Studies on the Integration and Improvement of Farmers′ Professional Cooperatives from the Perspective of Industrial Chain, a Case Study of Gansu Province

在农业产业链上,实现地域特色农业的规模化、产业化、现代化的关键在于充分发挥农民专业合作社的分工合作能力与服务功能。由于内外部众多因素的影响,当前农民专业合作社无法有效支撑区域现代农业发展。文章通过对甘肃省多家农民专业合作社调查研究得出,以基层合作社为基础,面向地域特色农业优势产业市场竞争能力建构,吸纳产前、产中、产后服务的企业化组织力量,组建农民专业合作社联合社,通过专守农业原料基地、专守农产品加工业、专守农产品营销与保障短链组合安全等产业策略,实现农民专业合作社的整合与提升,可以有效强化农业产业链标准化、品牌化、直销化运营能力建设,进一步拓展农业产业链与价值链,从而助力现代农业发展与乡村产业振兴。

In the agricultural industrial chain, the effective implementation of the division of labor cooperatives and service functions of farmers’ professional cooperatives plays an important supporting role in the scale, industrialization and modernization of regional characteristic agriculture. Due to the influence of many internal and external factors, the development of current cooperatives cannot effectively support the development of regional modern agriculture. Based on the investigation and analysis of many farmers’ professional cooperatives in Gansu Province, it was found that based on grassroots cooperatives, oriented to the construction of regional competitive agricultural superiority market competitiveness, the organizational strength of pre-production and post-production services should be absorbed to establish Farmer Professional Cooperative Union. Through the industrial strategy of occupy agricultural raw material base, agricultural product processing industry, agricultural product marketing and guarantee short-chain combination security, can realize the integration and promotion of farmers’ professional cooperatives, which can effectively strengthen the agricultural industry chain standardization, branding and direct sales operation capabilities. This will further expand the agricultural industrial chain and value chain, thereby contribute to the development of modern agriculture and the revitalization of rural industries.
