基于就业基础上的高职职业能力培养探究

摘要 就业能力是高职学生职业能力的重要范畴,但是实际中高职毕业生职业能力与劳动力就业需求是不相适应的,表现为"量"的不适应与"质"的不适应,造成的原因也多样化。运用劳动力理论,高职院校着力拓展高职学生职业能力培养思路,打造就业技能、专业技能和素质技能,这对于缓解当下高职学生就业能力与就业需求不和谐状况有着积极的建设性作用。
