摘要
煤矿井下设备趋于大型化,要求硐室断面越来越大,有必要对大断面硐室的断面参数、支护设计提出新的方法。以新桥煤矿南翼煤仓为例,根据大断面硐室所处地质条件及理论分析,采用三心拱形式断面设计与锚注网喷三层联合支护方式,通过地质雷达探测的松动圈稳定性可知硐室支护取得较好效果,说明该技术可以应用在类似条件下大跨度大断面永久硐室的施工中,具有很好的推广价值。
Since the underground equipment of coal mine tends to become larger and larger,it is necessary to put forward a new method for the section parameters and support design of the large section chamber.Taking the south wing coal silo as an example in Xinqiao Coal Mine,according to the geological conditions and theoretical analysis of the large section chamber,the three-hole arch section design and the anchor net spray three-layer joint support method were adopted.Through the stability of the loosening ring detected by the geological radar,the results show that the technique can be applied to the construction of the permanent chamber with large span and large section under similar conditions,and has a good generalization value.
