斜沟煤矿厚煤层孤岛综放工作面沿空掘巷技术应用 被引量:3

摘要 斜沟煤矿正在进行8号煤层的采掘活动,为提高采出率设计在18106孤岛综放工作面进行留小煤柱沿空掘巷,通过数值模拟研究,确定合理的小煤柱宽度为5m,沿空巷道设计采用“锚网索梁”联合支护方式,经现场工业性试验并对巷道围岩位移情况的监测表明,沿空巷道掘巷期间围岩稳定后顶底板最大移近量平均约109mm,两帮最大移近量平均约251mm;工作面回采期间,巷道顶底板最大移近量约289mm,两帮最大移近量约499mm,能够保证工作面安全回采。 It's carrying out mining activities in the No.8 Coal Seam of Xiegou Coal Mine,and in order to increase the extraction rate,the technology of retaining small coal pillars along empty excavation lanes is applied on the comprehensive discharge face of 18106 island.Through numerical simulation studies,the reasonable width of small coal pillars is determined to be 5 m.The design of the tunnel along the air adopts the joint support method of "cable beam of Anchorage network".After the field industrial test and the monitoring of the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway,it is shown that the maximum displacement of the top floor after the stability of the surrounding rock during the roadway excavation is about 109 mm.The maximum amount of contact between the two groups is about 251 mm on average.During the remining of the work face,the maximum retraction of the top floor of the roadway is about 289 mm,and the maximum retraction of the two groups is about 499 mm,which can ensure the safe remining of the work face.
