野生黄伞人工驯化及其高产栽培模式的建立 被引量:2

摘要 以野生黄伞菌株为试验菌株,经过人工驯化,获得昆野黄伞04-1菌株,对该菌株采用菌袋覆土仿野生栽培和日光温棚菌袋覆土与蔬菜立体栽培2种模式,开展其优质高产标准化栽培体系的优化研究。结果表明,驯化成功的昆野黄伞04-1菌株的生产性能优于已有的栽培用菌株丹东黄伞818,菌袋覆土仿野生栽培模式和日光温棚菌袋覆土与蔬菜立体栽培模式的生物学效率均高于当地菇农已有模式的生物学效率,其中以日光温棚菌袋覆土与蔬菜立体栽培的生物学效率更高。 A wild strain of Pholiota asiposa was artificially domesticated in this study,it was nominated as Kunye 04-1.Two cultivation modes were used with the purpose to establish a standard culturing mode of high quality and high yield, one mode was bag cultivation covered with soil in imitating wild condition, the other was steric cultivation mode combing bag cultivation with vegetable planting.The results showed that the agronomic traits of Kunye 04-1 strain was better than that of Dandong 818 strain.In the respect of the biological efficiency, both cultivation modes adopted in this study were better than the local cultivation mode still used at present, and the latter was the best one.
