山东半岛城市群绿色城镇化水平评价与影响因素分析

Evaluation of Green Urbanization Level and Influence Factors of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

基于《山东半岛城市群发展规划(2016—2030)》以及国家新型城镇化规划等文件,选取2007—2016年为研究时段,运用熵值法对山东半岛城市群绿色城镇化水平进行测度,并分析影响绿色城镇化水平的因素。结果表明:山东半岛城市群绿色城镇化水平在时间序列上整体呈现上升趋势;从绿色城镇化空间格局演变来看,山东半岛城市群绿色城镇化水平呈现东高西低的格局;对山东半岛城市群绿色城镇化水平的影响最大的3个因素是第三产业占GDP比重、城乡居民收入比和每万人有效发明专利拥有量。

Based on Development Planning of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration(2016-2030) and new national planning of urbanization,selecting 2007-2016 as the research period,we used entropy method to measure green urbanization level of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, and analyzed factors that affect green urbanization level.The results showed that: The green urbanization level of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration has an upward trend in time series;from the change of spatial pattern of green urbanization,the level of green urbanization of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is high in the east and low in the west;three factors that affect the green urbanization level of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration are the proportion of the third industry to GDP, the proportion of built-up area and the energy consumption of the million GDP.
