热应激对黄羽肉鸡心脏UQCRB基因表达的影响研究

摘要 [目的]研究热应激对黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响。[方法]对新广黄公鸡和怀乡公鸡进行热应激处理,应用荧光定量PCR法检测UQCRB基因在新广黄公鸡和怀乡公鸡心脏组织中的表达水平,分析其对黄羽肉鸡体重、心脏相对重和心脏UQCRB基因相对表达量的影响。[结果]新广黄公鸡和怀乡公鸡21、28d体重以及28d心脏绝对重显著高于怀乡公鸡(P<0.05),2种公鸡心脏相对重差异不显著。28d试验组新广黄公鸡的体重显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。新广黄公鸡21d心脏UQCRB基因的相对表达量显著高于怀乡公鸡(P<0.05)。热应激显著降低了新广黄公鸡28d心脏UQCRB基因的相对表达量(P<0.05)。[结论]心脏UQCRB基因表达与黄羽肉鸡生长速度相关,在肉鸡其他组织器官的表达有待进一步研究。 [Objective]To study the effects of heat stress on the growth performance of yellow-feather broilers.[Method] The heat stress treatment were conducted on Xinguanghuang cock and Huaixiang cock.Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to analyze the expression level of UQCRB gene in the heart tissues of Xinguanghuang cock and Huaixiang cock.The effects of heat stress treatment on the body weight,the relative weight of heart and the relative expression of UQCRB gene in the heart of yellow-feather broilers were analyzed.[Result]The body weight on the 21 st ,28 th day,and heart weight on the 28 th day of Xinguanghuang cock were significantly higher than those of Huaixiang cock ( P< 0.05), but the relative weight of heart had no significant difference between Xinguanghuang cock and Huaixiang cock.The body weight of Xinguanghuang cock on the 28 th day in test group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P< 0.05). The relative expression of UQCRB gene in the heart of Xinguanghuang cock on the 21 st day was significantly higher than that in Huaixiang cock ( P< 0.05). Heat stress significantly reduced the relative expression of UQCRB gene in the heart of Xinguanghuang cock ( P< 0.05).[Conclusion]The expression of UQCRB gene in the heart was related to the growth rate of yellow-feather broilers.The expression of UQCRB gene in other tissues of yellow-feather broilers needs further study.
