As one of the most widely used immunolabeling techniques,immunofluorescence has several advantages including high specificity,high sensitivity,rapid detection and clear positioning. However,the quality of immunofluorescent staining could be affected by multiple factors,such as fluorescent dyes,antibodies,sample preparation and staining process.Starting with those vital factors,we introduced how to improve the quality of immunofluorescent staining so as to obtain a high-resolution image in detail.This study improved the quality of immunofluorescent staining and provided powerful help for life science research.
