新龙县农牧产业现状及发展对策

Status Analysis and Development Countermeasures of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Industry in Xinlong County

依据实地调查及查阅相关资料,综合新龙县农牧产业特色资源、环境、市场、人才、体制机制等要素,分析了农牧产业发展所面临的优势、劣势和存在问题,提出了因地制宜、科学规划、培育主体、健全机制度、加强基础设施建设、加大人才培养力度、发挥政府职能作用等相应发展对策,为深度贫困县产业扶贫提供理论支撑。

Based on field investigation and reference of the relevant data, and integrated factors such as the characteristics of agriculture and animal husbandry industrial resources, environment, market, talents, and the institutional mechanisms, etc.,we analyzed the advantages, disadvantages and the existing problems faced by the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Xinlong County. Then we put forward the following suggestions: adapting measures to local conditions, scientific planning, cultivating the main body, improving the mechanism and system, and strengthening the construction of infrastructure, increasing the intensity of talent training, exerting the functions of government functions and other corresponding development countermeasures, to provide theoretical support for the poverty alleviation of industries in poverty-stricken counties.
