新工科理念下食品应用型人才校政企协作培养模式的构建 被引量:3

摘要 新工科建设对地方高校服务区域经济发展和产业转型升级起到促进和支撑作用。从食品应用型人才培养机制亟待创新的内在需求和地方应用型本科教育定位应用型人才培养的改革需求出发,探讨了国内外高校应用型人才协同培养模式,构建了“以新工科建设理念为导向”的协同培养师资、共建实训基地、共育人才、共管教学、能力导向评价和“五新教育模式”育人的食品应用型人才校政企协作培养模式,创新和丰富工程教育的模式和内容,以期提高食品产业和产业人才的国际竞争力,助力食品领域高等教育强国建设。 The construction of new disciplines plays an important role in promoting and supporting local colleges and universities in serving regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading. Starting from the inherent need for innovation in the training mechanism of food applied talents and the reform demands of localized application-oriented undergraduate education, this paper probed into the collaborative training model of applied talents in domestic and foreign universities, and constructed “a new engineering construction concept-oriented model”. The collaborative training model of teachers, training bases, talents, teaching co-management, ability-oriented evaluation and “five new education modes” for food application-oriented talents, college-government-enterprise collaborative training model were constructed,the model and contents of engineering education were innovated and enriched,so as to improve the international competitiveness of food industry and industry talents, and help the construction of a powerful country of higher education in the field of food.
