MOOC理念下高校公选课教学改革研究——以茶叶营养与保健课程为例

摘要 随着生活水平的日益提高,人们对生活中营养与保健的正确引导需求日趋迫切。阐述了开设跨专业选修课程茶叶营养与保健的重要意义,并通过教学实践明确了MOOC理念下农业高等院校茶叶营养与保健课程的定位以及授课内容立体化、教学方法现代化、考核方式多元化的改革,注重学生能力的培养和素质的提高,旨在为加强高校选修课的建设提供参考,从而调动学生的学习兴趣,提高教学质量,提升学生的自主学习能力。 With the improvement of living level,it is more and more urgent for people to guide nutrition and health care in life. This paper expounded the significance of setting up a cross-major elective course “tea nutrition and health care”, and through teaching practice,we clarified the orientation of the course “tea nutrition and health care” in agricultural universities under the concept of MOOC, as well as the three-dimensional content of the course,the modernization of teaching methods and the reform of diversified assessment methods. This paper focused on the cultivation of students’ ability and the improvement of their quality, so as to provide references for strengthening the construction of elective courses in universities, and arouse students’ interest in study, improve the teaching quality and promote students’ autonomous learning ability.
