目前,纺织品pH 的国内外常用检测标准为GB/T 7573—2009、JIS L 1096:2010 、AATCC Test Method81—2012、ISO 3071—2005。检测时,所使用的样品类别和前处理方式有所差别,但使用的检测仪器没有差别,都使用pH 计作为测量工具。pH 作为纺织品的强制检测项目,检测需求量大,有必要提高检测效率。在仪器测试时引入磁力搅拌器,可以提高pH 计的响应速度,通过测试速率和测试稳定性的研究验证。最终确认,增加辅助搅拌设备可以提高纺织品pH 的检测效率和精密度。

At present, there are some differences in the types of samples and the pretreatment methods used in the commonly used testing standards of textile pH value at home and abroad(GB/T 7573-2009、JIS L 1096:2010 、AATCC Test Method 81-2012、ISO 3071-2005). There is no difference in the testing instruments. The pH meter is used as the final measuring tool. As a compulsory testing item for textiles, pH value has a high demand for testing, so it is necessary to improve the testing efficiency. The magnetic agitator is introduced to improve the response speed of the pH meter during the instrument test. The test speed and stability are verified by the research. Finally, it is confirmed that adding auxiliary mixing equipment can improve the detection efficiency and precision of textile pH value.
