目前,我国的纺织品产量位居世界首位,在纺织品服装出口领域也占据着重要地位。然而,纺织行业也是一个高污染的行业,所制造的污染物不容易降解,处理难度很大。因此,为了能够使我国纺织行业得到长远的发展、减少污染物的排放、提高废品的利用率,相关人员必须高度重视有关纺织品生产技术的优化和改善,确保纺织设备的维护和改造。本研究围绕纺织设备、技术的设计与改造进行详细分析,以便巩固和提高我国的纺织行业在国际上的领先地位,改善当前我国纺织技术存在的一系列问题。

With the vigorous development of the world textile industry, in recent years, the development of China’s textile industry has also ushered in spring. According to the survey, Chinese textile output ranks first in the world, and also plays an important role in the production and export of textiles and clothing. However, the textile industry is also a highly polluted industry, and the pollutants produced are not easy to degrade and difficult to treat. Therefore, in order to make the textile industry of our country develop more long-term, at the same time can greatly reduce the emission of pollutants, effectively improve the utilization rate of waste products, relevant personnel must attach great importance to the optimization and improvement of textile production technology, while ensuring the maintenance and improvement of textile equipment. In this paper, the design and transformation of textile equipment technology will be described and analyzed in detail, so as to consolidate and improve the leading position of China’s textile industry in the world, and at the same time to effectively improve a series of problems existing in China’s textile technology.
