摘要
振动对温度传感器的影响不可忽视,极端的振动也会缩短温度传感器的寿命,会引起材料疲劳,进而导致绝缘失效和短路,以及测量不准确或间歇性读数,同时可能造成频繁的停机和更高的运行成本。针对具体的工况分析选择耐振测温元件,以某天然气管道压缩机出口的温度计故障为例,提出温度计保护套管在设计选型中应注意的问题。
The influence of vibration on the temperature sensor can t be ignored.The extreme vibration will shorten temperature sensor life and will cause material fatigue,which will lead to insulation failure and short-circuit further,and inaccurate measurement or intermittent readings.Meanwhile,it may cause frequent shutdowns and higher operating costs.The vibration-resistant temperature measuring component should be selected based on specific working condition analysis.Taking the thermometer failure of the outlet of a natural gas pipeline compressor as an example,the problems that should be paid attention to the design and selection of protective casing pipe for thermometer are put forward.
