摘要
芳烃吸附装置操作难度高,操作人员经验不足会危及生产安全;同时由于吸附塔专用控制系统复杂,控制精度要求高,操作人员的技能高低直接关系后续产品的质量和产品收率,因此需要开发仿真培训系统,通过反复操作和故障处理练习使操作人员获取足够的应对经验。针对用户装置的实际情况,充分考虑实际生产的各种工况、各单元运行机理,建立了客户化装置模型,对吸附塔控制系统实现完全的复制和模拟,从而实现操作仿真培训、控制策略检验、工艺方案研究、先进控制辅助等一系列功能,帮助企业有效提高操作人员技能,实现装置安全、稳定和长周期运行,同时还可以指导、验证并优化专有控制系统的开发。
The operation of Aromatics adsorption device is difficult,operators with insufficient experience will endanger production safety;meanwhile,as the special control system for adsorption tower is complex with high control accuracy requirement,the skill of operators is directly related to the quality of subsequent products and product yield.So,it is necessary to develop a simulation training system to enable operators to acquire sufficient experience through repeated operations and fault handling exercises.In view of the actual situation of the user equipment,a customized device model is established with taking full account of the actual production conditions and the operation mechanism of each unit.The control system of the adsorption tower is completely replicated and simulated with realization of a series of functions,such as operation simulation training,control strategy verification,process plan research,advanced control assistance,and so on,with helping enterprises effectively to improve the skills of operators,to achieve device safety,stability and long-term optimal operation,as well as can guide,verify and optimize the development of proprietary control systems.
