摘要
喘振对离心式压缩机的危害性极大,对生产过程会造成较大损失,通过观测压缩机入口流量和进出口压力的波动、压缩机进出气管路气流中的噪音及压缩机的轴系振动图,分析判断压缩机喘振发生的情况,并归纳总结喘振发生的原因及规律。从设计理论源头出发,梳理机组运行过程中远离喘振区域的办法,达到减小喘振危害的目的。
Surge is very harmful to centrifugal compressor,and would cause heavy loss of production process.By observing the fluctuations of flow at the compressor inlet and pressure of inlet and outlet,the noise of the air flow in the inlet and outlet air pipeline of the compressor,and compressors shafting vibration diagram,the situation of compressor surge occurrence is analyzed and judged,and the cause and regular pattern of the surge occurrence are summarized.Starting from the source of design theory,the method of keeping away from the surge area during the operation of the unit is sorted out to reduce the surge hazard.
