摘要
目前安全仪表系统(SIS)的配置越来越规范,但是在其安全生命周期内,许多在役SIS没有按要求实施测试维护,部分SIS甚至没有测试维护计划。在工程设计阶段应考虑并设计SIS测试维护有关的设施,对SIS功能测试维护设计实现的方式进行论述,重点论述了测量仪表的维护旁路设置,测量仪表故障时“坏值”信号的处理,最终元件的两种测试维护方式及设施设计配置要求等有关内容。
The configuration of safety instrument system (SIS) is becoming more and more standard.But the test and maintenance of many SISs in service have not been carried out as required in the safety life cycle.Some SISs even have not test and maintenance plan.In the stage of engineering design,SIS test and maintenance facilities should be considered and designed.The mode for design and implementation of SIS function test and maintenance are discussed.The maintenance bypass setting of measuring instrument,handling the ‘bad value’ signal during measuring instruments,main mode of two test and maintenance methods for final components and the requirements for facilities design configuration are stressed.
