摘要
针对流量计在测量气体和蒸汽流量时需对温度、压力补偿的问题,根据各流量计的测量原理不同,选择合适的测温点和测压点位置对测量的准确性至关重要。分析了几种流量计温度、压力补偿的目的以及温度、压力参数的测量要求,提出了测温口、测压口开口位置的合理选择。提供了利用焦耳汤姆逊系数计算上下游温差的实例。
Aiming at the problem of temperature and pressure compensation during flow measuring for gas and steam,it is very important to chose the suitable temperature and pressure measuring points according to different measuring principles of each flowmeter.The purpose of temperature and pressure compensation of several flowmeters and the measurement requirements of temperature and pressure parameters are analyzed.The reasonable selection for temperature and pressure measuring position is proposed.An example of calculating upstream and downstream temperature difference by Joule-Thomson coefficient is presented.
