对峙培养法是明确有益微生物或其次生代谢产物的抑(杀)菌效果和作用范围时必须采用的方法,是研制开发微生物农药的第一步。按操作方式的不同,对峙培养法具体分为四大类,包括菌饼法、菌液法、划线法和扩散法。详细概述了不同对峙培养法的应用范围、特点和操作流程,比较了彼此间的异同,为在抑菌试验中正确选择合适的对峙培养方法提供了有力的依据。

As the first step in the development of microbial pesticides,the confrontation culture method must be adopted to clarify the bacteriostatic effect and action scope of beneficial microorganisms or their secondary biometabolites.According to the operation mode,the confrontation culture method can be divided into four categories,including fungus cake method,solution method,lining method and diffusion method.By summarizing the application scope,characteristics and operation flow of different methods in detail,the similarities and differences between them are compared,which provides a strong basis for selecting the right confrontation culture method in the bacteriostatic test.
