摘要 针对五相感应电机驱动系统在开路故障时的容错运行问题,设计了一种基于有限控制集模型预测控制器的故障容错运行方案。首先,以正常状态下的五相感应电机模型为基础,针对性地推导了系统开路故障后的电机模型,并采用合理的故障前、后变换矩阵,保证了故障前、后控制器结构的一致性。然后在传统的有限控制集模型预测控制器基础上融入了容错策略,即仅通过改变故障后的模型预测模块即可实现新型容错控制方案。最后,通过试验验证了新型容错控制策略的有效性。 Aiming at the fault-tolerant operation of five-phase induction motor drive system in open-circuit fault,a fault tolerant control scheme based on finite control set model predictive controller before and after fault was presented. First of all,based on the five-phase induction motor model under normal conditions,the motor model after system opencircuit fault was deduced in a targeted manner and the reasonable transformation matrix before and after the fault was adopted to ensure the consistency of the controller structure before and after the fault. Then based on the traditional finite control set model predictive controller,a fault tolerance strategy was introduced,that is,a new fault tolerant control scheme could be realized only by changing the fault model predictive module. Finally,the validity of the new fault-tolerant control strategy was verified through experiments.
