摘要
为优化传统三维空间矢量调制(3DSVM)下三相四桥臂逆变电路的电能传输效率,结合不连续脉宽调制技术(DPWM),研究将3DSVM进行不连续化的可行性与实现方法。利用线性变换建立三维空间坐标系,对空间矢量进行扇区划分,并对各扇区开关矢量选择方式以及各矢量作用时间的计算方法进行分析与归纳,依据不同计算规则获得4种具体的不连续三维空间矢量调制策略(D3DSVM)。对4种D3DSVM下逆变器输出电压谐波畸变率以及开关损耗与传输效率进行了对比分析,并搭建了仿真与实验平台,对所研究的调制策略的正确性与有效性进行仿真与实验验证。
In order to further improve the power transmission efficiency of a three-phase four-leg inverter by means of discontinuous three-dimensional space vector modulation(D3DSVM),three-dimensional coordinate was established by linear transformation,and space vector sections were divided. Each switching vector was studied,and the calculation methods of each time allocation was analyzed and summarized. Base on the different calculation rules,four specific implementation algorithms for D3DSVM were obtained. Harmonic distortion of the inverter output voltage and system power transmission efficiency as well as switching losses under these four D3DSVM methods were compared. The feasibility of the proposed method was verified through simulation and experimental results.
