Design and Implementation of Integrated Application Platform of Smart Community

针对智慧社区与智能家居建设脱节的问题,基于Web服务端+Android/IOS客户端的开发模式,采用SpringMVC等先进技术,设计和开发智慧社区一体化应用平台。平台包括Android/IOSAPP、社区管理平台、统一管理后台,分别面向社区居民、社区管理者和运营管理团队三类用户提供服务。通过智慧社区一体化应用平台,实现社区和家居智慧信息的打通,为用户带来更加统一、便捷、智慧的使用体验。

The integrated application platform of smart community is designed and developed with advance technologies like Spring MVC on the basis of the development mode of Web server + Android / IOS client for the dissociation between the smart community and smart home construction. The platform consists of Android / IOS APP,community management platform and unified management background,oriented to community residents,community managers and operation management teams respectively. With the integrated platform,the information of smart community and homes are interconnected,which brings more unified,more convenient and smarter usage experience for the users.
