摘要
介绍了近年来硅-石墨烯复合材料作为锂离子电池负极方面的研究工作,重点介绍了硅-石墨烯复合材料的制备方法(机械共混法、静电吸引自组装法、喷雾干燥法、静电纺丝法、化学气相沉积法、水热法、真空过滤法和溶胶凝胶法等)对其形貌、结构及其电化学储锂性能的影响,并对硅-石墨烯复合负极材料在锂离子电池中存在的问题以及发展趋势进行了探讨。
The research work of silicone-graphene composites as anode materials for lithiumion batteries (LIBs) in recent years was reviewed. The effect of preparation methods of silicone-graphene composites including mechanical mixing method, electrostatic attraction self-assembly method, spray drying method, electrospinning method, chemical vapor deposition method, hydrothermal method, vacuum filtration method and sol-gel method on the morphologies, structures and electrochemical lithium storage performance of the composites was reviewed. The development direction and future challenge of silicone-graphene composites as anode materials in LIBs were also discussed.
