磁悬浮隔振系统的隔振特性研究

摘要 本文针对一种磁悬浮隔振系统进行隔振特性分析。为探究系统结构的可行性和隔振特性,分别采用Ansys/Maxwell磁场解析软件和Matlab软件分析磁悬浮隔振系统的磁场分布、悬浮力和隔振特性。仿真结果表明,线圈通入最大瞬时电流后,当位移上下浮动范围为-7~7mm时,产生的最大、最小悬浮力分别为809.52 N和706.88 N,悬浮力衰减了12.6%;以随机信号和sin信号为干扰输入获取的输出位移和输入位移比值稳定在10%以内,磁悬浮隔振系统的隔振效果较明显。 The vibration isolation characteristics of magnetically levitated vibration isolation system are analyzed in this paper. In order to explore the feasibility of the structure and vibration isolation characteristics of the system, Ansys/Maxwell magnetic field analysis software and Matlab software were used to analyze the magnetic field distribution, suspension force and vibration isolation characteristics of magnetically levitated vibration isolation system. Simulation results show that, after the maximum instantaneous current is connected to the coil, the maximum and minimum suspension forces respectively are 809.52 N and 706.88 N when the fluctuation range of displacement is-7 mm^7 mm, and the suspension forces attenuate by 12.6%. The ratio of output displacement and input displacement obtained is stable within 10% when the random signal and sin signal are taken as the interference input. The effect of magnetically levitated vibration isolation system is obvious.
