摘要 对挤压筒内筒磨损问题,将改进型Archard磨损模型通过FORTRAN语言编写入用户自定义的自适应网格(ALE)约束条件子程序UMESHMOTION中。应用ABAQUS有限元软件,对挤压筒工作过程中内筒的磨损进行仿真模拟,探究坯料屈服强度、摩擦系数、和H13屈服强度对磨损性能的影响规律,为挤压筒工况参数确定提供一定的参考。 For the problem of inner liner wear of the extrusion container, the modified Archard wear model was programmed into the user-defined adaptive mesh(ALE) constraint subroutine UMESHMOTION by FORTRAN language.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the wear of the inner liner during the working process of the extrusion container. The influence of blank yield strength, friction coefficient and H13 yield strength on the wear performance was investigated, which provided a reference for the determination of the parameters of the extrusion container.
