摘要
为了有效解决油气集输管线结垢结蜡问题,对结蜡、结垢机理进行了分析,发现采用低表面能的聚烯烃材料能够显著延缓结蜡、结垢过程。在理论计算与有限元分析的基础上,以低表面能聚烯烃材料为基体,采用钢丝和预浸带作为增强材料设计制造出防垢防蜡耐温聚乙烯复合管样品,并在油田现场进行了试验。两年多现场试验表明,研发的防垢防蜡耐温聚乙烯管道运行正常,具有良好的减缓结蜡、结垢的性能,且满足油田耐腐蚀、耐温和耐压的要求,为我国油田免维护输油管的设计提供了理论依据和实验示范。
By analyzing the mechanism of waxdeposition and scale formation,it is concluded that low surface energy polyolefin materials can significantly delay waxdeposition and scale formation.Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the low surface energy polyolefin material is used as the matrix,and the steel wire or composite prepreg are used as the reinforcement materials to design and manufacture the composite pipes.These composite pipes were tested more than two years in ChangQin oilfield.The results show that the composite pipes have good performance of anti-waxdeposition,scale formation and meet the requirements of corrosion resistance,temperature resistance and pressure resistance,which provide a theoretical basis for the design of maintenance free composite pipelines in the oil fields of China.
