丁二烯制冷球罐区冷循环系统设计

摘要 以某厂丁二烯制冷球罐区为例,对丁二烯储存工艺流程方案的制定、相应冷循环系统流程的确定、循环冷量的计算和冷循环系统的设计及匹配进行了详细的探讨.在细节上,对目前规范所缺少的保冷管道辐射传热量进行了补充计算,对泵与物料间的传热量进行了分析并给出了推荐值.为丁二烯制冷球罐区的工艺设计提供了经验和思路,同时强调了该类常温下易发生自聚反应的的化工液体产品(如丁二烯、环氧乙烷、苯乙烯等)储存系统的工艺设计的要点. Taking a butadiene refrigeration spherical tank farm as an example, this article discusses in detail the development of butadiene storage process flow, the determination of the flow of corresponding cooling system, the calculation of circulating cooling capacity, and the design and matching of the cooling system. The radiation heat transfer of cooling pipe is calculated as a supplement to the current specifications, the heat transfer between pump and materials is analyzed, and the recommended value is given. Experiences and ideas are provided for the process design of butadiene refrigeration spherical tank farm, and the key points in the process design of storage system for chemical liquid products such as butadiene, ethylene oxide and styrene which are prone to self-polymerization at atmospheric temperature are highlighted.
