微量水分仪在异构化装置中的设计与应用

摘要 在异构化装置中,水分含量是一个关键因素,工艺流程对水分含量的要求也是非常严格的,因此合理选择可靠稳定的微量水分仪对异构化装置具有重要意义.文章通过选择微量水分析仪,对原料反应器入口的水含量进行在线监测,以便实时控制原料反应器内的水分含量低于0.05μg/g,可维持原料反应器中催化剂的活性以确保异构化产品油的质量.结果表明,微量水分析仪实时监测效果稳定,原料反应器内水分含量保持在0.01μg/g,成品油质量良好. Moisture is an important factor, and the requirement of moisture content is quite strict in isomerization unit. Therefore, the selection of reliable and stable moisture analyzer plays a very important role in isomerization. In this paper, moisture analyzer was selected to monitor the moisture content at the reactor inlet online, so as to control the moisture content in the reactor to below 0.05 ppm and maintain the activity of catalysts in the reactor to ensure the quality of isomerized product oil. The results show that the real-time monitoring effect of the moisture analyzer is stable, the moisture content in the reactor is maintained at 0.01 ppm, and the product quality is good.
