摘要
讨论了大温差、压力高等苛刻条件下固定管板换热器膨胀节的设计.对此种苛刻工况下的膨胀节选材、受力及具体结构设计做了详尽的分析,总结了该工况下的膨胀节优化设计方法和步骤.以具体案例设计为例,采用调整波高、曲率半径、波数、波纹管厚度4种参数和优选波纹管材料等手段试算.其模拟结果表明,应用镍基合金等高强度合金作为波纹管材料,其优化后的结构既合理且又相对经济,可为类似工况下的波形膨胀节的设计提供参考.
The design of expansion joint for fixed tubesheet heat exchanger under severe conditions of large temperature difference and high pressure is discussed. The material selection, stress and specific structure design of expansion joint under such harsh working conditions are analyzed in detail, and the design methods and steps of expansion joints under such harsh working conditions are summarized. Through the analysis of specific cases, the method of adjusting wave height, curvature radius, wave number and the thickness and material of expansion joint is used in the calculation. The results show that using high strength alloys such as nickel-based alloys as the material of expansion joint, the optimized structure is not only reasonable but also economical. It provides references for the design of bellow expansion joints under similar working conditions.
