衬四氟钢制管道的应用日益广泛,以某甲醇厂脱盐水站的衬四氟钢质管道安装为例,介绍衬四氟钢质管道的预制组装技术.衬四氟钢质管道施工通常采用先预组装、衬四氟后再进行组装的工艺,重点介结了衬四氟钢质管道的预制、预组装、拆卸编号、内衬工艺和组装技术的详细过程、施工方法和注意事项等,为衬四氟钢质管道的施工提供借鉴.
With the increasingly wide application of Teflon-lined steel pipeline, the installation of Teflon-lined steel pipeline in a desalination station of a methanol plant is taken as an example to introduce the prefabricated assembly technology of Teflon-lined steel pipeline. Teflon-lined steel pipeline is usually pre-assembled, lined with Teflon and then assembled. The detailed process, construction method and precautions of the prefabrication, pre-assembly, disassembly numbering, lining process and assembly technology of Teflon-lined steel pipeline are introduced, providing reference for the construction of Teflon-lined steel pipeline.
