粗苯乙烯塔节能优化

摘要 简要介绍了乙苯脱氢工艺的能耗分布,提出了多效精馏的节能措施.运用Aspen Plus软件,对粗苯乙烯塔单塔、并流型双效精馏塔系和混流型双效精馏塔系进行模拟计算.结果表明,并流型双效精馏节能效果显著,可降低11%~12%的能耗. The distribution of energy consumption in ethylbenzene dehydrogenation process is briefly introduced, and multi-effect distillation is proposed as the energy saving measure. Aspen Plus is used to simulate three processes of crude styrene tower, i.e. single distillation, parallel-flow double-effect distillation and mixed-flow double-effect distillation. The results show that the energy-saving effect of the parallel-flow double-effect distillation is remarkable, and the energy consumption is reduced by about 11%-12%.
