摘要
船舶主机压力测量常采用二线制压力变送器,此类变送器需外部DC24V供电,一旦传感器外部故障,则24V或外部其它干扰高压会对后续5V工作电压的监测系统造成损害,严重时会造成全船主机监测系统的故障。为了解决此类问题,本文提出并设计出了以电气隔离及其故障保护技术为核心,单片机为数据处理中心的压力参数采集系统。此技术构建的采集系统,工作稳定可靠,抗干扰、抗故障能力极强,精度高,实时性好。可广泛应用到船舶机舱自动化监测与控制中。
The pressure transducer of two-wire system is often used in marine main engine pressure measurement. This kind of transducer needs external DC24 V power supply. Once the sensor is out of order, 24 V or other external interference high voltage will cause damage to the monitoring system of follow-up 5 V working voltage, and even cause the fault of the whole ship main engine monitoring system. In order to solve these problems, this paper presents a pressure parameter acquisition system with the electrical isolation and fault protection technology as the core and microcontrollers as the data processing center. The acquisition system works stably and reliably and has strong anti-interference and anti-fault ability, high precision and good real-time performance. It can be widely used in automatic monitoring and control of marine engine room.
