摘要
为了进一步提高航空电机的可靠性,以某型航空交流发电机为例,利用有限元分析,探讨在没有材料疲劳寿命曲线的情况下,估算脉冲力矩作用下电机弹性轴的疲劳寿命以及疲劳安全系数的方法。并通过电机疲劳寿命试验验证了这种分析方法的有效性。
In order to improve the reliability of aviation generator, taking an aero-alternator as an example and using finite element method, the method of estimating fatigue life and fatigue safety factor of elastic shaft of the generator under pulse torque with out fatigue life curve is discussed. The validity of this method is verified by fatigue life test.
