摘要
从学生发展需求与主动发展的视角,关注教学目标的整体设计、年段递进和弹性要求,自定适合的教学目标,选择合适的学习素材,突出面向不同学生目标的多层级、分梯度,解决学生个体差异发展与课标统一要求之间的矛盾,实现学生的能力发展,让有效学习在每一个学生身上真正发生,让不同的人得到切合自己的发展。
From the angle of students’ developmental needs and autonomous development, teachers should pay attention to the overall design of teaching objectives, age progressiveness and flexible demands, setting proper teaching targets by themselves. Meanwhile, teachers should select apt learning materials and highlight multiple levels and grades according to different objectives of different students to solve the contradictions between students’ individual development and curriculum criterion unification, so that students’ competence can be improved and they can have an effective learning for their own right development.
