摘要
对国内某选厂的低品位天然金红石开发利用新工艺进行了研究。通过对原料的化学成分、矿物学结构进行详细分析,制定了强磁选和HF酸浸取相结合的除杂工艺路线,并开展了试验研究。通过磁场强度为0.8T的强磁选工艺,将品位为77.03%的低品位天然金红石分选为82.53%的金红石精矿和品位为62.94%的钛铁矿;金红石精矿再采用HF酸浸取除去其中的杂质,最终获得品位为88.07%的金红石,可作为氯化原料。
The development and utilization technology of low grade natural rutile provided by a domestic plant is studied in this paper.Based on the detailed analysis of chemical composition and mineralogical structure of raw materials,the process route of impurity removal combined with high intensity magnetic separation and HF acid leaching was worked out.And the experimental study was carried out.The natural rutile of 77.03% grade was separated into 82.53% rutile concentrate and 62.94% ilmenite by 0.8 T magnetic field.The rutile concentrate was leached by HF acid to remove the impurities,and the natural rutile with 88.07% grade was obtained,which could be used as raw material for chlorination.
