Five Characteristics and Features of Neo-imperialism-An Analysis Based on Lenin’s Imperialism Theory

新帝国主义是垄断资本主义在当代经济全球化、金融化条件下的特殊历史发展阶段,其特征和性质可以概括为五个方面。一是生产和流通的新垄断:生产和流通的国际化和资本集中的强化,形成富可敌国的巨型垄断跨国公司。二是金融资本的新垄断:金融垄断资本在全球经济生活中起决定性作用,形成畸形发展的经济金融化。三是美元和知识产权的垄断:美元霸权和知识产权垄断,形成不平等的国际分工和两极分化的全球经济和财富分配。四是国际寡头同盟的新垄断:“一霸数强”结成的国际资本主义寡头垄断同盟,形成内外垄断剥削和压迫的金钱政治、庸俗文化和军事威胁的经济基础。五是经济本质和大趋势:全球化资本主义矛盾和各种危机时常激化,形成当代资本主义垄断性和掠夺性、腐朽性和寄生性、过渡性和垂危性的新态势。

Neo-imperialism is ihe special stage of historical development under the condition of contemporary economic globalization and financialization. Its characteristics and features can be summarized as five aspects. The first is the new monopoly of production and circulation, that is, the internationalization of production and circulation, and the strengthening of capital centralization cause the emergence of giant transnational monopoly company wealthy than the god. The second is the new monopoly of financial capital, that is, the financial monopoly capital plays a decisive role in the global economic life, which makes the economic financialization develop in a deformed way. The third is the monopoly of US dollar and intellectual property which makes unequal international division of labor and the polarization of global distribution of economy and wealth. The fourth is the new monopoly of international oligarch alliance, that is, the international monopoly alliance of capitalist oligarchs with “one super power and multi-great powers” becomes the economic basis for the money politics, vulgar culture and military threat under the global monopoly exploitation and oppression. The fifth is the economic essence and general trend;the capitalist global contradictions and all kinds of crisis often get intensified, giving rise to the new situation of contemporary capitalism of monopoly with characteristics of mo-nopoly and predatoriness, decadency and parasitism, transitivity and dying.
