摘要
建立2K-H行星传动纯扭转模型;运用韦伯法计算正常、太阳轮局部裂纹故障和行星轮局部裂纹故障的内外啮合刚度;对正常模型和裂纹故障模型进行固有特性分析,通过对比发现太阳轮故障对2、3、5阶固有频率影响较大,行星轮故障对2、3、6阶固有频率影响较大,且行星传动系统在裂纹故障影响下不存在振动模式划分规律。为行星轮系动力学分析奠定基础,对行星传动系统设计和故障齿轮系统进行诊断有重要的价值。
In this paper,a simplified purely torsional model of a single stage 2 K-H planetary gear trains has been developed.Using weber method to calculate internal and external meshing stiffness of the planetary transmission under healthy condition,sun gear local crack fault and planet gear local crack fault. Inherent characteristic analysis was conducted on normal model and crack fault model,by comparing,it found that the sun gear fault has a relatively large influence on 2,3,5 natural frequency,the planet gear fault has a relatively large influence on 2,3,6 natural frequency,and there is no vibration mode classification rule in planetary transmission system under crack faults influence.This paper lies the foundation for dynamics analysis of planetary gear transmission system,and has important value to the design of planetary transmission systems and the diagnosis of fault gear system.
