摘要
轴向柱塞泵中滑靴的倾覆偏磨、回程盘的磨损与其所受应力大小有关。为改善二者的磨损性能,研究预紧力增大对滑靴、回程盘应力变化特性的影响。通过对A4VG125型柱塞泵中心弹簧预紧力的分析计算,应用仿真软件ADAMS和ANSYS搭建轴向柱塞泵的刚柔耦合模型,研究分析预紧力增大时,滑靴、回程盘应力的变化规律,得到同周期内最大应力点图和应力云图。分析结果表明:合理增大预紧力有助于减小滑靴平面、滑靴颈部的磨损;回程盘孔口与滑靴颈部的碰撞得到改善;当预紧力为707N时,该型号轴向柱塞泵的滑靴与回程盘应力分布状态最好。
In the axial piston pump, the abrasion of slipper and the wear of retainer plate are related to the stress magnitude. In order to improve the wear property of slipper and plate, the effect of pre-load on the stress characteristics of slipper and retainer plate was investigated. Through the analysis and calculation of the pre-load of center spring of A4VG125 piston pump, the rigid flexible coupling model of axial piston pump was built by the simulation software ADAMS and ANSYS. The stress variation of slipper and retainer plate is studied when the pretension increases and in the same period of maximum stress and stress nephogram were obtained. The results show that A reasonable increase of pre-load is helpful to reduce the wear of slipper plane and the neck of slipper;The collision between the orifice of retainer plate and the neck of slipper has been improved;When the pre-load is 707N, the stress distribution of slipper and retainer plate of axial piston pump is best.
