摘要 在ANSYS Workbench中,使用beam188梁单元建立定点落料输送机参数化模型,在满足结构的变形、强度和安全系数的条件下,将主要承载截面尺寸设置为优化变量,运用响应面优化算法,寻找结构质量最轻的尺寸设计组合方案。同时,根据优化结果制作了物理样机,并在样机的关键位置进行物理应变试验,对比分析试验数据,结果表明,整机的质量较优化前减轻了20%,有限元分析结果与试验结果较为接近,且优化后的模型的强度和安全系数都有明显提高。计算结果对其它大跨度结构的设计优化研究提供一定理论参考。 In the ANSYS Workbench,the beam188 beam element was used to establish the parametric model of the fixed point material-falling conveyor. Under the condition of satisfying the structural deformation and strength safety factor,the main bearing section size was set as the optimization variable,and the response surface. In order to improve the quality of the whole machine,the optimal design method is presented,and the optimal design scheme is found. At the same time,a physical prototype is built according to the optimized result. The physical strain test at the key position of the prototype is compared with the analysis and test data. And the mass of the whole machine is reduced by 20% before optimization,Finite element analysis results and the test result is much closed and the strength safety coefficient of the optimized model is obviously improved. The results provide certain theory reference to the research on optimization of other large span structural design.
