摘要
为了描述产品与服务的相互作用对产品服务系统配置设计的影响,提出一种NSGA-Ⅱ的产品服务系统多目标优化配置设计方法。首先,将产品模块和服务模块划分为必选和可选两种,分析了制造企业产品服务系统方案配置问题。其次,分析了方案配置过程中的约束条件,包括方案性能约束、方案成本约束、响应时间约束及模块相容相斥关系约束,建立了方案配置的多目标优化模型。然后,提出了基于NSGA-Ⅱ的模型求解算法,给出了具体的算法求解流程。最后,通过案例分析,验证所提算法的可行性。
In order to reveal the interaction effect between product and service on the configuration design of product-service systems,this paper proposes a multi-objective optimal configuration design method of product-service systems based on NSGA-Ⅱ. Firstly,product modules and service modules are divided into two categories:mandatory module and optional module. Secondly,the constraint conditions of scheme configuration design are analyzed,including scheme performance constraint,scheme cost constraint,response time constraint and module-compatible exclusive constraint,and the multi-objective optimization model of scheme configuration is established. Then,a model solving algorithm based on NSGA-Ⅱ is proposed,and the algorithm solving process is given. Finally,the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified through a case study.
