Kalirin与神经精神疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要 Kalirin是ALAM等[1]最先于1996年发现的,是Rho鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(Guanine nucleotide exchange factor,GEF)的一个亚类,在中枢神经系统广泛表达[1],研究发现Kalirin在调节神经元轴突生长、树突棘密度的维持、突触形态的稳定和可塑性等方面有重要的作用[2],但其调节机制尚不清楚,研究显示Kalirin可能通过调节小G蛋白Rho-GTP酶的活性来调节细胞的自噬和凋亡活动[3-4]。
