内蒙古三级甲等医院高年资护士职业生涯成功与离职倾向相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的调查高年资护士职业生涯成功与离职倾向现状,分析二者的相关性,为管理者采取针对性管理对策提供理论依据。方法采用护士职业生涯成功量表、离职倾向量表对319名高年资护士进行问卷调查。结果高年资护士职业生涯成功得分(33.07±6.38)分,离职倾向得分(10.46±3.46)分,二者呈负相关。结论高年资护士职业生涯成功呈中等水平,离职倾向较低,护理管理者应重视护士的职业发展规划,使护士的职业道路清晰,充分发挥高年资护士的人力资源作用。 Objective To investigate the present situation of career success and turnover intention of senior nurses,analyze the correlation between them,and provide theoretical basis for managers to take targeted management measures.Methods A total of 319 senior nurses were investigated with career success scale and turnover intention scale.Results The scores of career success and turnover intention of senior nurses were(33.07±6.38) and(10.46 ±3.46),respectively.There were negative relationship between them.Conclusion The career success of senior nurses is in moderate level and the turnover tendency is low.Nursing managers should pay attention to the planning of nurses’ career development,so as to provide a clear professional path and give full play to the role of human resources of senior nurses.
