摘要
为了分析厚朴对胃肠作用相关研究概况,挖掘文献信息.采用EndNoteX7和CNKI-EStudy3.3等软件,运用文献计量学方法对《中国知网》和《WebofScience(WOS)》数据库中相关文献发表的时间、期刊、研究地区、被引频次、基金项目、国外合作和药理研究等内容进行定量分析.结果显示,共纳入相关文献1152篇;近60年来厚朴对胃肠作用机理研究文献在波动中增长;河南、四川、北京,江苏等是国内外厚朴关于胃肠机理研究的核心区;国内外研究文献平均每篇文献被引5.09次;国内外皆有厚朴对胃肠作用文献的集中分布期刊;国家自然科学基金在厚朴对胃肠作用研究文献的基金来源中占主导地位;厚朴对胃肠作用研究报道多是对胃肠的临床药效研究,药物机理研究文献较少;对于厚朴影响胃肠药物机理研究文献,大部分集中在常规神经递质和胃肠激素方面,从通路基因表达分子水平机理层面研究相对较少.结论:厚朴对胃肠作用的研究近年来逐渐成为热点,其机理研究的深度还需进一步提高.另外,随着胃肠疾病关键发生机理现代研究越来越多,厚朴对胃肠作用影响是否与这些机理有关,也有待进一步探索.
Objective: To analyze the related research situation of Magnolia officinalis on gastrointestinal function, and to dig up literature information.Methods: based on "China National Knowledge Infrastructure" and "Web of Science (WoS)" database, using the software EndNote X7 and CNKI-E Study3.3.The bibliometrics method was used to analyze the publication time, periodical, research area and citation frequency of the relevant documents.Fund projects, foreign cooperation and pharmacological research and other content for quantitative analysis.Results: a total of1152 literatures were included, the research literature on gastrointestinal mechanism of Magnolia officinalis increased in the recent 60 years, Henan, Sichuan, Beijing and Jiangsu were the core regions of the study on gastrointestinal mechanism of Magnolia officinalis at home and abroad.The domestic and foreign research documents were cited 5.09 times on average, there were centralized distribution periodicals of Magnolia officinalis on gastrointestinal function at home and abroad, the National Natural Science Foundation played a leading role in the funding source of Magnolia officinalis research literature on gastrointestinal function.The study on the effect of Magnolia officinalis on stomach and intestines was mostly reported on the clinical pharmacodynamics of gastrointestinal tract, and there were few literatures on the drug mechanism.Most of the literatures on the mechanism of Magnolia officinalis affecting gastrointestinal drugs are focused on conventional neurotransmitters and gastrointestinal hormones, and relatively few studies have been done on the molecular level mechanism of gene expression in the pathway of Magnolia officinalis .Conclusion: the study of the gastrointestinal effect of Magnolia officinalis has gradually become a hot spot in recent years, and the depth of its mechanism study needs to be further improved.In addition, with more and more modern studies on the key pathogenesis of gastrointestinal diseases, whether the effect of Magnolia officinalis on gastrointestinal function is related to these mechanisms needs to be further explored.
