Survey on the survival situation of the order-oriented free medical graduates in Sichuan

目的了解定向免费医学生毕业后工作、生活现状,进一步完善现有的定向免费医学生培养机制。方法本文采用自行设计问卷,对167名四川省定向免费医学毕业生工作及待遇、生活状况、社会交往及支持三个方面进行调查。结果四川省定向免费医学毕业生80.23%都在医疗机构工作,94.61%月薪在3 000元以下,五险一金购买不齐全,工作成就感低;67.07%租房居住,74.25%交通工具以公交车为主,生活质量欠佳;但社会支持和社会交往良好,生活态度积极。结论政府相关部门应加大部门协调力度,确保定向免费医学生政策落实到位,并且有针对性地制定增加继续教育机会、提高福利待遇、改善工作环境等一系列后续措施和政策,以增强定向免费医学生的基层服务意愿和质量。

Objective To understand the status of work and life of order-oriented free medical students after graduation,in order to further improve the existing free medical student training mechanism. Methods This paper used a self-designed questionnaire to survey the work and treatment,living conditions,social interaction and support of the first 167 order-oriented free medical graduates graduated in Sichuan Province in 2015. Results 80.23% of the order-oriented free medical graduates in Sichuan Province were working in medical institutions,94.61% of the monthly salary was below 5,000 yuan,insurances & housing fund were not fully purchased,and the work achievement was low;67.07%rented houses,74.25% vehicles used buses Mainly,the quality of life is not good;but social support and social interaction are good,and life attitude is positive. Conclusion Relevant government departments should increase departmental coordination,ensure that policies are in place,and develop a series of follow-up measures and policies to increase opportunities for continuing education,improve welfare,and improve the working environment to enhance the grassroots level of order-oriented free medical students.
