医药类高职院校构建学生转专业良性机制对策的研究

Research on the countermeasures of constructing students’ turning professional benign mechanism in medical vocational colleges

近年来,各高院都根据教育部《普通高等学校学生管理规定》制定相关政策允许学生转专业,但包括医药类高职院校在内的很多高职院校仍缺乏良性的转专业机制,转专业规定制定工作仍处于探索阶段。本文以江苏医药职业学院为例,从各专业允许转入名额、转专业对象的条件要求和转专业学生成绩要求等方面,分析了转专业机制的现状及问题,并初步探讨了医药类高职院校构建学生转专业良性机制的对策。

In recent years,colleges and universities have formulated relevant policies to allow students to change majors in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Students in Universities and Colleges of Education issued by the Ministry of Education. However,many higher vocational colleges,including medical vocational colleges, still lack a sound mechanism for changing majors,and the formulation of regulations for changing majors is still in the exploratory stage. Taking Jiangsu Medical Vocational College as an example,this paper analyses the present situation and problems of the mechanism of transferring specialties in Jiangsu Medical Vocational College from the aspects of allowable transferring quotas for each specialty,the requirements of transferring specialty objects and the performance requirements of transferring specialty students,and probes into the Countermeasures of constructing a benign mechanism of transferring students to specialties in medical vocational colleges.
