体外法研究不同青贮菌、纤维分解酶及碳源组合青贮稻秸对瘤胃发酵参数及产气量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在通过体外法研究不同添加剂组合对青贮稻秸瘤胃发酵参数及产气量的影响,从而筛选出适合稻秸青贮的添加剂组合。选取4头健康、体况相近、安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的山羊用于瘤胃液的采集。将添加不同添加剂组合青贮45d的稻秸作为发酵底物,进行连续72h的体外产气培养和体外批次培养试验。结果表明:①不同添加剂组合青贮稻秸饲料对体外发酵pH值没有显著影响(P>0.05);5、9组中氨氮(NH3-N)浓度显著高于其他组,而1组NH3-N浓度最低(P<0.05);对照组瘤胃微生物蛋白(MCP)浓度显著低于其他各组,而3和8组MCP浓度最高(P<0.05)。②对照组总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)含量显著低于其他各组,而3组的TVFA、丙酸和丁酸都显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。③对照组发酵累积产气量、理论最大产气量、潜在产气量和产气速率常数都显著低于其他组,而3组累积产气量、理论最大产气量和潜在产气量都显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。综上所述,添加剂能够提高青贮稻秸体外发酵参数和产气量,其中3组(地衣芽孢杆菌+纤维素酶+淀粉)效果最好。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different additive combinations on the rumen fermentation parameters and gas production of silage rice straw by in vitro ruminal fermentation method,and to select the most suitable additive combination for rice straw silage.4 healthy goats with similar body conditions and a permanent rumen fistula were selected for rumen fluid collection. Rice straw with different additive combinations silage total for 45 d were used as the fermentation substrate,which were incubated for 72 h for an in vitro fermentation gas production test and a batch in vitro fermentation test.The results showed that:① Different additive combinations had no significant effect on the pH value in rumen fermentation of rice straw silage (P>0.05).The NH3-N concentration in groups 5 and 9 were significantly higher than that in other groups,while the NH3-N concentration in group 1 was the lowest (P<0.05).The MCP concentration in the control group was significantly lower than the other groups,whereas the MCP concentration in groups 3 and 8 were the highest (P<0.05).② The total volatile fatty acid (TVFA) content in the control group was significantly lower than these in other groups,whereas TVFA,propionic acid and butyric acid in group 3 were significantly higher than these in other groups (P<0.05).③ The cumulated gas production,theoretical maximum gas production,potential gas production and the constant of gas production rate in con36 trol group were significantly lower than these in other groups,whereas cumulated gas production,the theoretical maximum gas production and potential gas production in group 3 were significantly higher than these in other groups (P<0.05).In summary,the silage additives could improve the in vitro fermentation parameters and gas production of rice straw silage,and group 3 (Bacillus licheniformis +cellulase+starch) is the optimum silage additive combination.
