摘要
针对因套损、封隔失效、洗井不通以及测试调配不顺等因素引起的分层注水有效期短的问题,研制了一体化长效分注管柱。该管柱通过地面和井下系列防返吐注水工具的配合,使分注管柱停注后快速稳压,封隔器不解封,既防止了地层、井筒和地面流程三者之间返吐串流,又防止地层之间串流,减少地层出砂、出油,有效维护了井筒和测调状况,延长了分注管柱有效期。现场应用30余井次,应用统计表明,一体化长效分注管柱平均在井周期达到1 050 d,高于油田平均合理失效周期330 d,有效测调最长达到1 290 d。该技术实现了分层注水管柱"长效"运行,可降低水井作业频次,有利于油田水驱稳产,具有良好的推广应用前景。
To address the short-term effective water injection due to factors such as casing damage,packer sealing failure,stuck well-washing and failed well measurement and adjustment,an integrated long-term separate layer injection string was developed. Combined with the series of ground and downhole anti-backflow water injection tools,the pressure could be quickly stabilized after the halt of injection pipe,and the packer could stay unreleased.This prevents the backflow and channeling among the formation,wellbore and ground,and eliminates the flow between the formations,reducing sand production and oil discharge,effectively maintaining the wellbore and measuring and adjusting conditions,and prolonging the effective period of the separate layer injection string. The field applications in more than 30 wells showed that the integrated long-term separate layer injection string had an average service life of 1 050 d in the well,which is higher than the average reasonable failure period of the oil field of 330 d. The maximum effective measurement and adjustment was up to 1 290 d. The technology realizes the "longterm"operation of the separate layer injection string,reduces the workover frequency of water well,and is conducive to stable production of water flooding oilfield,presenting a great application prospect.
