摘要 目的建立蛇莓药材中对羟基桂皮酸的高效液相色谱测定法。方法采用UltimateXB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%醋酸(14∶86)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为300nm,柱温30℃。结果对羟基桂皮酸浓度在0.413~26.450μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=72.592X+1.1304(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为103.52%,RSD为2.61%。3批蛇莓中对羟基桂皮酸的含量分别为0.11、0.10、0.05mg/g。结论该方法方便快速,其分离效果好,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于蛇莓药材的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of p-hydroxycinnamic in Duchesnea indica (Andr.) by HPLC.Methods Ultimate XB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used as the column,acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid solution (14∶86) was used as the mobile phase of the isocratic elution,with the detection wavelength of 300 nm and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature maintained at 30℃.Results The concentration of hydroxycinnamic acid in the range of 0.413-26.450 μg/mL showed a good linear relationship with the peak area,with the equation of linear regression of Y=72.592X +1.1304 (r = 0.9999 ).The average recovery rate was 103.52%(RSD = 2.61%).The average content of p-hydroxycinnamic acid in 3 batches of Duchesnea indica (Andr.) determined was 0.11,0.10 and 0.05 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion The method is convenient and rapid,and has good separation effect,high sensitivity and good repeatability.It can be used for quality control of Duchesnea indica (Andr.).
