摘要 内驱力不足、局域生态环境堪忧和缺乏政策倾斜支持,是当前陕南山区乡村中小学教师专业化成长面临的主要困境。而要走出这一困境,需要采取有效措施提升陕南山区乡村中小学教师专业化成长的内驱力,改善教师的职业环境与生活状态,完善并强化校本研修机制。只有这样,才能更好地促进陕南山区乡村中小学教师的专业化成长,实现区域内义务教育的均衡发展。 Insufficient internal driving force,worrying local ecological environment and lack of policy support are the main dilemmas facing the professional growth of primary and middle school teachers in mountainous areas in southern Shaanxi.To get out of this predicament,it is necessary to take effective measures to improve the internal drive of the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of southern Shaanxi,improve the professional environment and living conditions of teachers,and improve and strengthen the school-based training mechanism.Only in this way can we better promote the professional growth of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of southern Shaanxi and realize the balanced development of compulsory education in the region.
