社区老年人心理韧性及生活满意度研究

Study on Psychological Resilience and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly in Communities

目的探讨社区老年人的心理韧性及生活满意度特点及相互关系。方法采用心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、生活满意度问卷(SWLS)和自编一般情况调查表对300名社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果社区老年人心理韧性得分为(53.88±13.75)分,与中国社区人群的(65.4±13.9)分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生活满意度得分为(23.36±5.06)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示,生活满意度与心理韧性及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论社区老年人心理韧性普遍低下,生活满意度与心理韧性关系密切。

Objective To probe into the characteristics of the psychological resilience and life satisfaction among the elderly in communities and their relationship. Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 elderly people in communities by using Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS) and a homemade survey on the general condition. Results The score of psychological resilience among the elderly in communities was (53.88±13.75), and it was significantly different from that among the population in communities which was (65.4±13.9)( P <0.05). The score of life satisfaction was (23.36±5.06). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the life satisfaction was positively correlated with the psychological resilience and the three sub-factors of resilience ( P <0.05). Conclusion The psychological resilience of the elderly in communities is generally low, and the life satisfaction is closely related with the psychological resilience.
